Posers’ Generation

Skyrim Pose Collection Merged

And so it goes, once again, I’ve ended up doing something completely unplanned and tossing aside the important stuff, but hey, who can turn away inspiration when it slaps them in the face?

SNSD Poser. A poser full of poses inspired entirely by SNSD/Girls’ Generation music video. Highly incomplete at the moment. A very early beta. RIGHT NOW ONLY THE Gee, Oh! and RDR CATEGORIES ARE FILLED, but you can see what’s soon to come. There will also be a second pose module, after I finish this one, covering Flower Power, Paparazzi, Time Machine, I Got a Boy etc.

For now, here’s what I’ve completed thus far: http://mod.dysintropi.me/mods/Skyrim/SNSDPoser.7z

On another note, as you may have noticed, I’d created a merged .esp for the Skyrim Pose Collection. After some testing by third parties, I can say it works as well as any of the old .esp files, and so, it has replaced the old modules.

You can download the upgrade, with no version change, from the same old link, here: http://mod.dysintropi.me/mods/Skyrim/Skyrim%20Pose%20Collection.7z

Have fun!

Shoot shoot shoot! Oy, suddenly I’m thinking of Ulala from Space Channel 5. Wrong “shoot”!

Excited to try it out, this must be the easiest poser to make thus far considering you have a solid source this time around.

Easy to make, but takes longer, since I have to pay close attention to the source material.

And I’m working on new SNSD clothing for Skyrim now. (UNP/B first)

I’ve noticed a bug (I think it is at least).
When I use the animations in number 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 menues, the character just does the standard arms and legs spread.

I noticed this happened when I tested the action emotes too.

It’s probably me who is doing something wrong, but I just wanted to point it out to you, incase it wasn’t just me!

    Thank you :-)

I’ve been using the Pinup Poser mod for ages but I just upgraded to the Collection and suddenly it doesnt work. I followed all the instructions in the readme, and nothing is different to when I had the original installed. And when I try to go back to the original, that doesn’t work either now for some reason. Why?! I really like this mod but now I can’t use it because of some weird bug :(

Well, I can tell you one thing. Changing from the multiple .esp files to the single .esp file doesn’t make any difference to how the poses work. As long as the rings appear in your inventory, that’s not the problem.

If you updated your FNIS along the way, that is likely the root of your problems. Outside of that, there’s not much advice I can give you aside from trying an older version of FNIS which works for some people.

    Hey Halofarm
I really like the newer poses and I can get them to work(with the current version of FNIS) sometimes but then if I exit Skyrim and then start it up again I get the whole CTD on load thing. I’ve tried to get rid of as many other mods with scripts, roll back FNIS(as far back as 3.1 but that causes other issues) and only use a clean save to test but I can’t seem to track down the problem. I doubt it’s specifically on your end since it works sometimes, so I think it’s something to do with files created by FNIS while you play that screw it up. Anyway, I just wanted to thank you for keeping the poses coming since you left Skyrim Nexus and I hope somebody can find a surefire way to use them 100% of the time with with the current version of FNIS. (Sorry for the novel)

I actually encounter a CTD immediately after the game loads very occasionally. If the problem you’re describing is the one I think it is, I believe the CTD is related to the game loading in animations files after game load. It seems that if you have a lot of custom animation files, sometimes the game can’t load them all before your save loads, and this causes a CTD.

It’s possible this problem would be exacerbated the less processor power/RAM etc. it has to work with. I don’t know of any real workaround to solve it, either. It seems to just be a danger of using FNIS with a lot of new animations.

Maybe there’ll be a fix someday.

Dual Sheath Redux seemed to be the problem, whether it was competing with FNIS through the Skyproc patcher or not, it was definitely the one giving me grief despite being “compatible” with FNIS. Anyway, the Pose Collection is working great now!

Okay. Good to know. I’ll add that to my list of possible inference.
