The time has finally come! Any loyal followers of my posing work have no doubt been getting somewhat perplexed over the growing pile of .esp files in their load order for pose mods.
Today, I am here to (hopefully) solve that problem as we move forward into more and more poses. Now, I can honestly say that I have no idea how to merge every pose item in-game, but I have figured out how to merge the .esp files, and I will add, this should also provide greater compatibility between pose modules, since every single item now has its own reference ID and reference number.
I have created a merged file for every module which currently appears in the main release. This means, if this method proves successful, once modules reach a complete enough state to be added to the main package, they will be merged into the main .esp file, and stop taking up extra space in your load order.
Right now, the .esp has marged:
Pinups Other 1
Pinups Other 2
Pinups for Men
Now ONTO THE IMPORTANT PART
The download for testing: http://mod.dysintropi.me/mods/Skyrim/Skyrim%20Pose%20Collection.esp
READ THIS BIT CAREFULLY: That file is the merged .esp file for the above mentioned modules. I have tested it thoroughly myself, and everything has worked for me. HOWEVER, I would like people to take the file away and test it themselves. PLEASE NOTE that if you were previously a victim of crashing due to PCEA, this might fix the problem HOWEVER if it doesn’t, please DO NOT REPORT THIS AS A BUG, since I obviously don’t know how to solve it and will not delay adding this file to the main package on that account.
PLEASE, people who decide to test it, tell me whether it works for you or not, so I can speed along the process of releasing it as part of the main package. It doesn’t require extensive testing. Try a pose from each poser. If one works, they should all work (except for the male posers, obviously. In that case, the ones which have been added will work).
EDIT: And I shouldn’t need to say this, but just in case: Remember to turn off the existing .esp files when testing.
